On 16–17 June 2026, the 15 project partners met both online and in person at the Medical University of Gdańsk, the project's lead clinical partner.
One year into the project, the meeting provided an opportunity to share progress across all work packages, discuss upcoming deliverables and key milestones, review methodological and technical developments, and plan dissemination and stakeholder engagement activities.
The meeting aligned partners on priorities and expectations while enabling collaborative planning for the next phase of implementation as the project enters its second year.
Participants also had the opportunity to see the smart mirror device in action. Developed within the MAYA project, the device integrates the iCARE Health Hub to support AYA cancer survivors participating in the clinical study. It aims to improve cardiovascular health and overall quality of life by helping users manage modifiable risk factors.
